Just as Tieflings are sometimes said to be born of an unholy union, Tibbalt was born quite literally of a holy union. His parents, born seasoned adventurers, were granted a divine blessing as a reward for saving the realm, and thus Tibbalt was born imbued with not just god-given health and longevity, but as a perfectly balanced mix of traits from both of his fathers.

Tibbalt spent an adventurous youth in the city ruled by his fathers, frequenting the dojo of a famous martial arts master and making friends with the students there. When the master died, one of her students inherited the dojo and turned it into the hideout of his street gang, which Tibbalt had become a part of. But this man, Grizze, whom Tibbalt counted as a friend, was secretly jealous of Tibbalt's high standing as the prince of the city, and used his gang to organize a conspiracy. One of the city's advisors was killed, and evidence seemed to point strongly at Tibbalt as the culprit. He had to flee and spent a long time travelling the land, honing his martial art all in an effort to eventually return and make things right. Only after many months did Tibbalt uncover the conspiracy - He faced off against his former friend Grizze, defeated him, and triumphantly returned to his home city where his fathers were waiting for him.

Tibbalt's chosen style of fighting reflects his personality: Fast, and full of energy. Using his body's inner ki, he has learned to make his movements lightning-fast, which even enables him to fly by using the air as a stepping stone with his incredibly quick leaps. He isn't evil, but sometimes impatience can get the better of him, and he prefers to use the simple, direct way to do things instead of a more elaborate, slower approach. With his background as a gang member, he is no stranger to crime, either, and he enjoys the thrill of the forbidden, but at the end of the day, he has a heart of gold and always tries to strive for what's right.

Over the course of his travels, Tibbalt met the half-jackal pirate Cassim, who became his best friend, and eventually his lover. Many years later, after retiring from their dangerous and risk-filled lives as adventuring heroes, Tibbalt and Cassim opened a shop together, selling magical trinkets to the next generation of adventurers.
