Directly from Brazil, Wucro Batsun has been training in all kinds of circus arts ever since he was a child. He was mostly self-taught, simply trying to copy the stuff he saw on TV shows or street performances. As a five-year-old, seeing a guy lie down on the floor using his own ankle as a pillow brought a spark to the primate’s eyes and changed his life forever!

He came from humble beginnings, as his family wasn’t the richest. He improvised circus props out of recycled materials and old toys, performing from time to time on the street right outside his house. Since then, his acts have evolved and grown more complex in an exponential way. Always looking to improve, Wucro strives to make it so his viewers have a multitude of things to observe during the same feat, doing several things at once with all his limbs, and even his tail!

Being a monkey, he is pretty strong naturally, even if, besides his tail and fur, he is basically a human. Having normal, human feet didn’t prevent him from juggling with them, though! Even if it was a disadvantage in a way, it just made it all the more impressive that he could do it, and he wouldn’t have it any other way. His favorite feat has always been getting his legs behind his back, as low as they can go. Other feats involve effortlessly performing on a tightrope, and supporting himself using just a single finger.
